Job Purpose
The successful candidate will assist the production team in meeting daily production targets while ensuring that all bread products are packed according to Premier’s quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack bread products according to company standards.
- Maintain high housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
- Follow all company procedures and safety regulations.
- Support production efficiency and daily operational targets.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Comply with food safety and health & safety requirements.
- Complete basic production records when required.
- Assist with planned maintenance and general production duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.
- Must be prepared to work rotating day and night shifts.
